Martha Leone Wins Third Prize at the 17th Chinese Bridge—Chinese Proficiency Competition

 

Recently, at the 17th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary School Students held in Tianjin, Martha Leone, representing Ireland from the UCD Confucius Institute, stood out among outstanding contestants from around the world won third prize globally.

As a prominent international competition, "Chinese Bridge" attracts hundreds of talented secondary school students from five continents each year. This year’s 15-day event saw Martha shine through multiple rigorous rounds, impressing judges and audiences alike with her fluent Chinese, in-depth cultural understanding, and impressive talent showcase, securing an excellent result.
