We offer a range of evening courses in Chinese language and culture, catering for students who wish to learn or improve their level of Chinese for business, social or further studies purposes. The classes are offered on every Tuesday and Wednesday from 18.30-20.00 on the UCD Belfield Campus. All students from our evening course are welcomed to join our Chinese Corner for free!
Why Choose Us?
- A variety of course choices
We offer language courses for all Chinese language learners from beginner to advanced levels. We also provide cultural courses such as Chinese Painting and Chinese Calligraphy for our students. The evening courses run three terms a year, each lasting 10 weeks.
Winter Term: January to March
Spring Term: April to June
Autumn Term: September to December
- Professional and dedicated teaching team
Our experienced, native-speaking Chinese language teachers are selected and trained professionally. They are motivated, enthusiastic and they are also great fun!
- Small classes
There is a low student-tutor ratio in our evening classes. The average number of students in each class is 4-10 so that each student can participate actively in class and progress quickly.
- Culture workshops
Our students are invited to experience Chinese culture in the workshops and activities launched by the UCD CII.
- Students from all over the world
Our students have the opportunity to meet Chinese learners from all over the world. They can quickly gain confidence using the Chinese language in an international, relaxed, friendly and encouraging environment.
